The HPC Drill Mill (DM-500) quickly duplicates keys with the power of your drill. This compact machine is completely portable and can fit into your tool box. The detached carriage glides across the base, against the tracer, giving you complete control over key cutting. The Drill Mill weighs less than 8 pounds and can fit into your tool box.

Removable pins allow you to quickly flip the reversible, spring loaded jaws to accommodate a great number of different blanks. The cutter is completely enclosed and is easily changed by removing 4 screws and the cutter nut.

The Drill Mill can be mounted on your counter or bench in your shop or vehicle. Carry a Drill Mill with you on every installation or re-keying job, and quickly duplicate keys on location.

It's accurate, affordable, and portable. Don't bring the key to your duplicator, bring your duplicator to the key!

IMPORTANT: To operate the Drill Mill your drill must have the following:

  • Ability to run in reverse
  • Ability to turn at about 800 R.P.M. (R.P.M. range 800-2500); faster than 1200 R.P.M. may result in a reduced cutter life.
  • A trigger lock
  • A 1/4" or 3/8" drill; a 1/2" drill may not have the proper clearance to work.
